Fat: 39.34g | Prot: 32.85g | Carb: 170.32g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Grape Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  Banana, Egg, Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Milk.
