Fat: 11.35g | Prot: 32.60g | Carb: 65.97g.   Breakfast:  kashi go lean cereal, silk light soy milk, strawberries. Snacks/Other:  Cantaloupe Melons, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Smokehouse Almonds.
