Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Patties with spinach aged white Cheddar (Costco. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Spinach with Aged White Cheddar Chicken Patties, Hard Bolied Eggs. Snacks/Other:  Turtles, Hard Bolied Eggs, Propel Zero - Berry, Light Microwave Popcorn.
