Fat: 63.57g | Prot: 71.67g | Carb: 151.78g.   Breakfast:  Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, 2% Fat Milk, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer, No Calorie Sweetener, Coffee. Lunch:  Propel Zero - Berry, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Pesto, Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti Pasta, Hard Bolied Eggs, Diet Cola. Dinner:  Hard Bolied Eggs, Cucumber (Peeled), Banana Bread, Sardines in Oil (Canned), Strawberries. Snacks/Other:  Diet Cola, Homestyle Microwave Popcorn (Pop Secret).
