Fat: 30.28g | Prot: 35.48g | Carb: 148.66g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain) , Sliced Ham (Extra Lean) . Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Cream Crackers, Milk, Sultana Scones.
