Fat: 9.94g | Prot: 67.56g | Carb: 41.13g.   Breakfast:  Pudding/Shake - Cocomint, Vanilla Soy Slender Soy Milk, wonder slim cinnamon crunch cereal. Lunch:  Beef Bottom Sirloin Butt (Tri-Tip Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Roasted), Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Maple Grove Farms Dressing Poppyseed Fat Free, Premium Romaine. Snacks/Other:  chicken flavored soup with noodles, Cottage Cheese (Low Fat, 1% Milkfat, Lactose Reduced).
