Fat: 25.67g | Prot: 42.49g | Carb: 210.58g.   Breakfast: bacon, biscuit, country gravy, Microwaved Plain Pancakes (Includes Buttermilk, Frozen), syrup, Valley Fresh Steamers Cheesy Rice and Broccoli. Dinner: 100 calorie right bites, pudding cut, Seasoned chicken, sweet potato cassrole. Snacks/Other: Bananas, blow pop, chewy sweet tarts.
