Fat: 110.59g | Prot: 158.41g | Carb: 317.82g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Frosted Mini Spooners, Honey Nut Cheerios, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Sugar. Lunch:  Healthy Grain Honey Wheat Flatbread, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast-, Virginia Brand Baked Ham. Dinner:  Cheeseburger Beefy Burgers, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Beef Jerkey, Old Tyme Pretzels.
