Fat: 46.63g | Prot: 84.94g | Carb: 197.76g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Wheat Bread (Includes Wheat Berry), American Cheese, Bell Peppers. Lunch:  Ziti, Marinara, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Dinner:  Italian Sausage, Spaghetti, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Italian Bread, Imitation Alaska King Crab (Made From Surimi), Butter. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt.
