Fat: 46.63g | Prot: 84.94g | Carb: 197.76g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Bell Peppers, Cooked Egg White, Wheat Bread (Includes Wheat Berry). Lunch:  Marinara, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Ziti. Dinner:  Butter, Imitation Alaska King Crab (Made From Surimi), Italian Bread, Italian Sausage, Spaghetti, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt.
