Fat: 18.35g | Prot: 94.02g | Carb: 123.40g.   Breakfast:  Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal, Mocha Cream Shake, Organic Pure Carrot Juice. Lunch:  Healthfull 10 Grain Bread, Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Low Fat Cottage Cheese, WonderSlim Vegetarian Joe. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Creamy Cheesecake Pudding/Shake, Muscat Wine, Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Loin, Bone-In, Lean Only). Snacks/Other:  America's Best 94% Fat Free Microwave Popcorn, Edam Cheese, Fat Free Wasabi Dijon Dressing, Romaine Salad.
