Fat: 79.11g | Prot: 99.10g | Carb: 95.84g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), Water, corn flakes, half and half, Pico De Gallo. Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, barbecue sauce, Diet Coke. Dinner:  red onion, water, green leaf lettuce, tomato, avocado, feta cheese, El torito dressing. Snacks/Other:  water, tomato, 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese.
