Fat: 79.11g | Prot: 99.10g | Carb: 95.84g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, corn flakes, half and half, Milk (Nonfat), Pico De Gallo, Water. Lunch:  barbecue sauce, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Diet Coke. Dinner:  avocado, El torito dressing, feta cheese, green leaf lettuce, red onion, tomato, water. Snacks/Other:  2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese, tomato, water.
