Fat: 25.72g | Prot: 35.28g | Carb: 66.27g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Bacon, egg whites, broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper, spinach. Lunch:  Spinach, egg, lettuce, salad dressing, Carrots, mushrooms, spinach, croutons, pinto beans, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other:  brownie.
