Fat: 65.28g | Prot: 72.59g | Carb: 181.21g.   Breakfast:  coffee, milk, mixed nuts, muesli (dried fruit and nuts). Lunch:  apple, cherry tomatoes, cider vinegar, mustard, olive oil, tuna, witloof. Dinner:  green salad with dressing, meat filled raviolis, olive oil, red wine. Snacks/Other:  coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, sugar, water.
