Fat: 37.29g | Prot: 69.43g | Carb: 169.65g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, Butter (Salted), Old Fashioned Oats, Regular 100% Vegetable Juice. Dinner:  Black Beans and Rice, Dolphinfish, French Fried Onions, Hearty Breast of Chicken Soup (Small), Mango Salsa, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Multigrain Bread. Snacks/Other:  Brandy, Fish Oil Omega 3.
