Fat: 89.08g | Prot: 110.16g | Carb: 304.35g.   Breakfast:  French Bread Rolls, Jam Preserves, Light or Lite Cream Cheese. Lunch:  Barbecue Sauce, Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, Kettle Chips. Dinner:  Fully Cooked Turkey Smoked Bratwurst (50% Less Fat), Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Lasagna with Meat, Trop50 Pomegranate Blueberry. Snacks/Other:  Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), Asiago Cheese Bagel, Chewy Granola Bars - Honey Almond Flax, Ice Cream, Peaches.
