Fat: 89.08g | Prot: 110.16g | Carb: 304.35g.   Breakfast:  French Bread Rolls, Light or Lite Cream Cheese, Jam Preserves. Lunch:  Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, Kettle Chips, Barbecue Sauce. Dinner:  Lasagna with Meat, Trop50 Pomegranate Blueberry, Fully Cooked Turkey Smoked Bratwurst (50% Less Fat), Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Honey Almond Flax, Peaches, Asiago Cheese Bagel, Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), Ice Cream.
