Fat: 26.18g | Prot: 70.80g | Carb: 85.59g.   Breakfast:  Yoplait greek yogurt, orange. Lunch:  turkey hot dog, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard. Dinner:  cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Light Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing, Black Jack Cherry Ice Cream, Tomatoes.
