Fat: 83.91g | Prot: 94.33g | Carb: 120.89g.   Breakfast:  Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter, Old Fashioned Oatmeal, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  Cracked Wheat Rolls, trader joe's yogurt cheese. Dinner:  Butter, Chicken Breast, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Luna Protein Bar - Chocolate, Roasted & Salted Whole Cashews, Sugar Free Dark Chocolate.
