Fat: 38.57g | Prot: 43.42g | Carb: 212.70g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Lemon, No Calorie Sweetener (Packets), Peanut Butter, Rye Bread, Water, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette, Carrots, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Green Tea, No Calorie Sweetener (Packets), Onions, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Blue Menu Celeb Margarine, Tomatoes, Veggie Slices Cheddar Flavor, Water, Whole Wheat English Muffin. Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Gala Apples, No Sugar Added, Wild Berry Jam, Peanut Butter.
