Lunch:  No Calorie Sweetener (Packets), Green Tea, Tomatoes, Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette, Carrots, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Onions. Dinner:  Tomatoes, Water, Blue Menu Celeb Margarine, Veggie Slices Cheddar Flavor, Whole Wheat English Muffin. Snacks/Other:  Gala Apples, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, No Sugar Added, Wild Berry Jam, Peanut Butter.
