Fat: 88.69g | Prot: 67.05g | Carb: 48.19g.   Breakfast:  boiled eggs. Lunch:  Almond flour, avocado , chicken breast, Creamy Ranch Dip, egg, flax meal, green beans, kraft caesar dressing, mixed salad, parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other:  Benefiber.
