Fat: 29.56g | Prot: 46.01g | Carb: 143.12g.   Breakfast:  Clover Honey, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Porridge. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), lobnobs, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Krydder Boller, Milk, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
