Fat: 50.41g | Prot: 148.05g | Carb: 188.97g.   Breakfast:  Light Cookies N' Cream Yogurt with Oreo Pieces. Lunch:  21 whole grains, banana, blueberries, pom wonderful, sliced swiss cheese, Teriyaki Chicken Breasts, white nectarine, Yogurt Original Smooth Style Creamy Vanilla Fat Free. Dinner:  chicken breast boneless skinless, great value brat. Snacks/Other:  light cheesecake.
