Breakfast: Cod Liver Fish Oil, Grape Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch: Red Tomatoes. Dinner: Champagne, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Pinot Noir Wine, Rhubarb, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Milk.
