Dinner:  Kartoffelsuppe, Eisbergsalat, Tomaten, Gelbe Paprika, Pflaumen, Roggenbrot, French Salatdressing (Kalorienreduziert), Kalinka Fettarmer Kefir, Trocken Geröstete Sonnenblumenkerne Geschält.
