Fat: 68.50g | Prot: 93.66g | Carb: 280.49g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Sugar, Butter , Toasted Rye Bread , Black Tea Bags. Lunch:  Rye Bread, Lettuce, Margarine, Figs , Baby Carrots , Almonds , Dijon Mustard, Pepperoncini, Deli Style Shaved Smoked Ham, Lowfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Green Snap Beans, Corn On The Cob with Butter, Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Red Bull Energy Drink, Sourdough Nibblers, Pistachio Nuts.
