Fat: 115.45g | Prot: 241.42g | Carb: 205.48g.   Breakfast:  Apple Juice, Vanilla Whey Protein Shake. Lunch:  Yogurt Peanut Crunch. Dinner:  beer, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Flour, Fried, Cooked), Instant Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  All-Bran Bars - Chocolate Chip.
