Fat: 35.06g | Prot: 17.20g | Carb: 119.63g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot, Sweet Red Peppers, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Biscuit, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Gin, Milk, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
