Lunch:  Chunky Beef with Country Vegetables Soup, Deluxe Mixed Nuts. Dinner:  BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad (Half), French Baguette (Side Portion), Low-Fat Garden Vegetable with Pesto Soup (8 oz). Snacks/Other:  Excellence Extra Fine Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, Fish Oil Omega 3.
