Fat: 81.41g | Prot: 88.51g | Carb: 176.17g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, milk, muesli (dried fruit and nuts). Lunch:  greek salad, nectarin, olive oil, steamed broccoli, surimi, tuna. Dinner:  almond pastry, chicken breast, green tea, olive oil, spinach. Snacks/Other:  peach, water, yog.
