How is it physically possible that I would be up 2 pounds this morning???? ugh - this is no fun. No FUN AT ALL. Oh well...we will see what tomorrow brings.

Fat: 55.44g | Prot: 58.57g | Carb: 47.17g.   Lunch:  mcdonalds grilled chicken salad. Dinner:  low carb brownie, unsweetend almond silk, bacon cheddar hamburger patty, fresh green beans, mixed lettuce, pineapple. Snacks/Other:  philly swirl, whipping cream, wasa, almond butter, apple.
