Fat: 32.96g | Prot: 48.57g | Carb: 172.50g.   Breakfast:  Cheerios, Soy Slender Soy Milk, orange. Lunch:  whole wheat bread, cooked ham, cheese, garden veggie straws, bolthouse carrot juice. Dinner:  full bar, Cheese Ravioli Lean Cuisine. Snacks/Other:  quaker chewy.
