Fat: 71.73g | Prot: 187.99g | Carb: 101.60g.   Breakfast:  cheese, eggs, tomato, egg whites, banana, mushrooms, onion, spinach, red peppers. Lunch:  cheese, turkey bacon, tomato, celery, romaine lettuce, spinach, carrots, tyson boneless skinless chicken breast, cottage cheese lowfat, precious string cheese, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kirkland sliced turkey. Dinner:  Meatza. Snacks/Other:  protein shake, whey protein, mixed nuts.
