Fat: 34.82g | Prot: 35.83g | Carb: 213.97g.   Breakfast:  Grape Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts. Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Brussels Sprouts (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Krydder Boller, Biscuit.
