Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Ranch Dressing, Rotisserie Style Chicken Breast, Spinach Dip. Dinner:  Meatless Cheese Filled Tortellini with Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Trail Mix.
