Fat: 22.96g | Prot: 127.05g | Carb: 113.34g.   Breakfast:  Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Lowfat Plain Kefir, Romaine Hearts, Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, ezekiel bread, Gala Apples, HELLMANN LIGHT MAYO, Lite Northern Italian Dressing, romaine. Dinner:  Broccoli, tilapia. Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, Pretzel Crisps - Original, Thick n' Chunky Salsa - Medium.
