Lunch: Celery , Red Tomatoes , Sliced Beetroot, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) . Snacks/Other: Banana, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Krydder Boller, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt, Milk, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
