Fat: 28.89g | Prot: 24.99g | Carb: 163.66g.   Breakfast:  Grape Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Lunch:  Celery , Red Tomatoes , White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Milk, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Banana, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar).
