Lunch:  50/50 Bread, Tap Water, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Nectarines, Corned Beef. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Bacon (Cured, Grilled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked), Sliced New Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen).
