Fat: 86.29g | Prot: 113.33g | Carb: 227.00g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Njoy Coffee Creamer, Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Mostly Tomato). Lunch:  BBQ Baked Beans Side, Cherry Tomatoes, Green Peppers , Lettuce Salad with Egg, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Light Ranch Dressing, Members Mark Chicken Breast, Multi Grain Tortilla Chips with Flax Seeds, Multi-grain Crackers. Dinner:  BBQ Baked Beans Side, Chicken Kabobs, Cole Slaw, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Creamy Vanilla Shake (Atkins), Biscotti, Gala Apples.
