Fat: 40.08g | Prot: 97.26g | Carb: 142.87g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  fat free italian dressing, jenno pepper turkey breast, mixed green salad. Dinner:  blue moon beer, chocolate souffle, cioppino, sole, sourdough bread. Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, strawberries.
