Fat: 61.60g | Prot: 120.99g | Carb: 213.43g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  chicken, cucumber, mixed green salad, navy beans, olives kalamata, quinoa, tomato. Dinner:  crab cake, lemon drop, potatoe, steelhead, vodka, vodka cranberry. Snacks/Other:  chocolate mousse cake, cottage cheese, peach.
