Fat: 88.72g | Prot: 61.69g | Carb: 213.55g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, black coffee, Raisin Bran Cereal, fish oil softgel. Lunch:  Ham and Cheese Submarine Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato and Spread on Multigrain Roll, water, salad, orange. Dinner:  red wine, saltine crackers, Colby Jack Cheese, hot dog , snickers candy bar, chocolate chip cookies.
