Fat: 91.31g | Prot: 81.08g | Carb: 149.21g.   Breakfast:  sweet cherries. Lunch:  cherry tomato, cucumber, feta cheese crumbles, mixed greens, olive oil, vinegar. Dinner:  arugula, cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, pancetta, papa johns, scallops, sherry vinegar. Snacks/Other:  baby cut carrots, hard boiled egg, nesquik, prosciutto san daniele, sabra hummus.
