Dinner: Becel, corn, Grilled Red Potatoes, Grilled Steak, Low Fat Multigrain Bread, Mushrooms, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other: Grapes, Isoflex Whey Isolate Protein w/ water, Plum, Walnuts.
