Fat: 96.04g | Prot: 76.27g | Carb: 236.44g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Honey, Gatorade Recover. Lunch:  Salami, Sour Dough Bread, Marble Cheese, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds, Sprouted). Dinner:  Mozza Burger, Fries (Medium), Root Beer. Snacks/Other:  Mr. Big.
