Fat: 44.55g | Prot: 88.47g | Carb: 176.20g.   Breakfast:  Canola No-Stick Cooking Spray, large eggs, salt, skim Milk. Lunch:  Fake Meat Lasagna. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), corn , frozen bro, quorn cutlet. Snacks/Other:  kraft buttermilk ranch, quorn cutlets, salad, While Lemonade (Frozen Concentrate, with Water).
