Fat: 78.65g | Prot: 90.04g | Carb: 96.04g.   Breakfast:  Hummus, multigrain bread. Lunch:  lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumber, red peppars, Grilled Chicken, Simple Lemon Vinegrette. Dinner:  steak, tuna, olive oil, popover, wine, pate. Snacks/Other:  dannon light and fit, low fat granola.
