Fat: 49.72g | Prot: 83.94g | Carb: 134.32g.   Breakfast:  California Avocados, Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, Egg White, Egg, Mushrooms, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original. Lunch:  100% Whey Protein drink mix, almond breeze, Peach, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, romaine, Lite Northern Italian Dressing, wine, Cooked Eggplant, Corn. Snacks/Other:  tazo passion fruit zero calories, Hummus, Baby Carrots, OTC CHOWDER CRCK-BAG, Horseradish, wine.
