Fat: 34.49g | Prot: 90.66g | Carb: 129.79g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Grapefruit, organic greek yogurt bluebery. Lunch:  Honey Nut Cheerios, Oranges, Protein Shake. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Just For One - Broccoli & Cheese Sauce, Whole Grain Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Lightly Salted Rice Cakes, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter.
