Fat: 43.43g | Prot: 93.62g | Carb: 86.63g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, avocado, Extra Large Grade A Eggs. Lunch:  TUNA SALAD, mini wrap , tomato, 100% Whey Protein drink mix. Dinner:  Slider rolls, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Wakame Seaweed, Red Table Wine, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat).
