Fat: 43.43g | Prot: 93.62g | Carb: 86.63g.   Breakfast:  avocado, Coffee, Extra Large Grade A Eggs, Ezekiel 4:9 Bread. Lunch:  100% Whey Protein drink mix, mini wrap , tomato, TUNA SALAD. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Red Table Wine, Slider rolls, Wakame Seaweed.
