Fat: 62.58g | Prot: 100.73g | Carb: 192.10g.   Breakfast:  avocado, Coffee, Extra Large Grade A Eggs, Ezekiel 4:9 Bread. Lunch:  apple, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Simply Jif Creamy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Almonds, Clementines, skim milk, Soft Wraps Mini, TUNA SALAD. Snacks/Other:  Horseradish, OTC CHOWDER CRCK-BAG, pork tenderloin, red wine, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), white pizza.
