Fat: 48.53g | Prot: 76.78g | Carb: 152.24g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg without Fat, Red Salsa, Onions, Red Tomatoes, Jalapeno Peppers, Shredded Cheese, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  6" Veggie Patty, Provolone Cheese, Garden Salad, Italian Salad Dressing. Dinner:  6" Veggie Patty , Provolone Cheese Subway. Snacks/Other:  Pretzel Crisps - Everything, Hazelnut Nut-Thins Nut & Rice Cracker Snacks, JR'S SUPER DUPER HOT, Diet Mountain Dew - Bottle, Rare Cherries, weight watchers jalapeno pepper cheese wedges.
